Clear answers for your business travel brief.

What details do you need for a corporate travel quotation?
Share destinations, travel dates, traveller count, cabin and hotel preferences, meeting locations and your approval process. Include group coordination or mobility needs. Avoid sending sensitive documents in the initial enquiry.
Can flights, hotels and transfers be coordinated for a delegation?
You can request a combined proposal for the services needed. Confirm schedules, room allocations, pickup arrangements and the local operator contact in writing. Shared arrival times or group rates depend on availability, not simply on traveller count.
Can a corporate itinerary include several cities?
Yes, you can enquire about a multi-city business trip. Include meeting times and realistic transfer needs so the team can compare route options. Check the complete fare conditions and avoid connections that leave too little time for your commitments.
How are billing and company approvals handled?
State which invoice details, approval stages and payment documents your organisation needs. Agree the process with the team before confirmation. Credit facilities or special payment terms are not automatic and must be expressly agreed.
Are last-minute changes or after-hours support included?
Ask for the agreed service hours, contact route and amendment process. Airline or hotel penalties, fare differences and agency fees may apply. Do not assume unlimited changes or 24-hour support unless the written agreement confirms them.
Which costs are included, and what will I pay separately?
Request an itemised quote covering flights, baggage, accommodation, meals, transfers, visas, guides and entry tickets. Ask separately about local taxes, hotel deposits, optional activities and tips. A service is included only if the written quotation says so.
