Are the displayed Hajj figures a confirmed offer for the next season?
No. Reference figures are not a confirmed allocation or offer for a different Hajj season. Ask for the applicable season, authorised operator, eligibility, complete price and confirmation terms in a current written proposal.
What should a Hajj package quotation include?
Request flights and baggage, accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, Mashair arrangements, meals, room sharing, transport, guidance, payment stages and cancellation conditions. Clarify which services or official charges are payable separately.
Can an Umrah visa or booking be used as a Hajj arrangement?
Do not assume so. Hajj has a separate official authorisation process and applicable entry conditions. Confirm eligibility through the relevant official channels before paying for services or travelling.
Can I compare short-stay and longer-stay Hajj options?
Ask for the actual departure and return dates, nights in each location and service arrangements. A shorter duration does not automatically mean a lower cost or easier journey; compare the itinerary and conditions for your group.
How do I plan Hajj with an elderly relative?
Tell the team about specific mobility needs before choosing an option. Ask about walking distances, accessible facilities, transport boarding and the support confirmed by the operator. Seek personal medical advice from a qualified professional where needed.
What happens to my payment if my visa is delayed, refused, or I need to cancel?
Visa delays, refusals and personal emergencies do not automatically make a booking refundable. Airline, hotel, visa and tour rules may differ. Before paying, request cancellation deadlines, deductions, any agency fees and the expected refund process in writing. Ask about flexible options before buying non-refundable services.
