Do I need an eVisa, a visa on arrival, or a visa before travelling?
Eligibility depends on your passport, residence status, destination, purpose and travel dates. Check the destination’s official immigration or embassy guidance and your airline before booking. A visa-on-arrival option offered to another nationality may not apply to you.
How much passport validity do I need if I already have a valid visa?
A valid visa does not replace passport-validity requirements. The rule depends on the destination and transit route, so do not assume five or six months is always enough. Check validity, passport condition and blank-page requirements before paying, and recheck before departure.
Do international packages include flights, visas and sightseeing?
Inclusions differ by option. Ask for an itemised quotation naming the flights, baggage, hotel, meals, transfers, activities and any visa assistance. Visa fees, local taxes and attraction tickets may be separate unless explicitly included.
Can I request private guides or experiences outside a standard package?
Yes, you can request a tailored itinerary or private service. Describe your interests, language needs, group size and budget. The team must confirm availability, inclusions and the price; exclusive access or special reservations should never be assumed unless explicitly confirmed.
Can the journey be adapted for elderly travellers, wheelchairs or a stroller?
Share specific mobility needs before a quote is finalised. Ask for confirmation of step-free access, lift dimensions, bathroom features, vehicle boarding and walking distances. General descriptions such as “accessible” or “family-friendly” are not enough to confirm every individual need.
What happens to my payment if my visa is delayed, refused, or I need to cancel?
Visa delays, refusals and personal emergencies do not automatically make a booking refundable. Airline, hotel, visa and tour rules may differ. Before paying, request cancellation deadlines, deductions, any agency fees and the expected refund process in writing. Ask about flexible options before buying non-refundable services.
